Hello, My name is Nicole Williams
Lots of folks also call me Nico. I recently finished my MBA at Colorado State University with a concentration in Social Impact and Sustainability and just like CSU College of Business’s motto, I am passionate about using business to create a better world.
I have a diverse background including event and project management, real estate and business development and more recently social impact and sustainability.
My latest accomplishments and highlights include: Founding Fort Collins Pride, established nonprofit, recruited board members, directed planning committee and raised $30K+ in initial 2 months, producing region’s first large-scale Pride celebration with 30+ performances across 2 stages, 100+ vendors and 4,000+ attendees.
World Wildlife Fund — Master Research Fellow authored impact-investing strategies to clear heirs’ property title at scale for sustainable agriculture/forestry; produced policy, finance, and program recommendations for corporate partners.
I also have a track record in real estate leadership — managerial roles overseeing offices and sales teams, recruitment & training programs and project management for new-construction developments.
I am looking for full time work that will utilize my unique skill set and experience. Please enjoy looking at samples of my work throughout this site, and reach out to connect or collaborate!
