Hello, My name is Nicole Williams
Lots of folks also call me Nico. I recently finished my MBA at Colorado State University with a concentration in Social Impact and Sustainability and just like CSU College of Business’s motto, I am passionate about using business to create a better world.
I have a diverse background including event and project management, real estate sales and business development and more recently social impact and sustainability.
My latest accomplishments and highlights include: Founded Fort Collins Pride: Established board and governance, raised $30K+ in initial months, and produced region’s first large-scale Pride celebration (4,000+ attendees).
World Wildlife Fund — Master Research Fellow authored impact-investing strategies to clear heirs’ property title at scale for sustainable agriculture/forestry; produced policy, finance, and program recommendations for corporate partners.
I also have a track record record in real estate leadership — managerial roles overseeing offices and sales teams, recruitment & training programs and project management for new-construction developments.
I am looking for full time work that will utilize my unique skills and experience to support organizations and communities that are aligned with my values. I hope you enjoy looking at samples of my work throughout this site, please reach out to connect or collaborate!
